Meet, have drinks, hang out, talk about perspective businesses. The premise of this group is not to come and prospect all of us as members. Rather, I envision all of us getting to know each other through these meetings and having some designated time for us to discuss our businesses individually to the group. This will be very low key, no pressure. But informative so the rest of us get an idea of who youÃ?Â're looking for as prospective clients and customers. We will all need to know about each others businesses and what makes everyone unique. As an example: We all meet people throughout the day. As your meeting people, you generally have conversations with them. Typically, In those conversations you will learn that that paticular person is looking for services of some sote, such as, security services, Insurance or financing. At this point you would make a referral. The best way to make a referral is to make an introduction. Say, Ã?Â"Hey, I know a guy that has a security company. You should let me introduce you to him.Ã?Â" Then set up a meeting between that person and the provider of the service. There are other ways to make referrals and they're also good. But if you can get a person who needs a product or service, in front of the person who has the product or service And then, let them make the sale. As a "leads group" we are not there to be the sales force for someone else but rather, connect with people, and help others to connect, too. By serving others everyone benefits.

We meet on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month. We follow a simple plan: 20 minutes of silent sitting meditation, followed by 10 minutes of walking meditation, followed by another 20 minutes of silent sitting. Afterward, we have tea and cookies and discussion. People are welcome to practice any form of meditation they prefer (mindfulness, focus on the breath, insight, etc.). If you are thinking "this sounds interesting, but I could never get into the Lotus position!" - no worries. You can sit on a chair, the couch, your own cushion (and we'll have a few extra meditation cushions); whatever is comfortable. The group is not affiliated with any one style of practice or meditation teacher. We welcome people from a wide variety of backgrounds and spiritual practice - think of the "Coexist" bumper sticker. Try to arrive by 7pm, because we'll begin sitting at exactly 7:10. If you arrive after 7:10, please don't knock or ring the bell, just let yourself in and quietly take a seat. Thanks!

This class is a gentle class but not always easy! We move our bodies to open the joints, muscles and connective tissue to alleviate stiffness and pain. We use breath, movement and stillness to open to balance! Karen Quinn, CYT, uses her training as a yoga therapist to move safely and gently into release.
This class builds on the foundations of belly dance, including zills (finger cymbals), veil and more complex combinations. Using these skills, you will expand your dance vocabulary to include new movements, variations and transitions incorporated into challenging choreography. Each class includes warm-up, technique drills, combinations, zills practice, and stretching/strengthening exercises to support your progress. This class is available to students who show proficiency in a Level 1 class.

With "theatre of the mind" exercises children have an opportunity to actively engage with the music. The concerts entertain children with music from standard repertoire; TV shows, cartoons, movies and commercials. The Tiny Tots program cultivates an appreciation for symphonic music among young children by helping them to discover that symphonic music is around them every day. Each concert lasts approximately 45 minutes. Children and adults sit on the floor, and the concerts are limited to 500 people with seating in the round. Concerts sell out quickly, so tickets should be purchased in advance. Since we had such a great time at Jump Street last December, let's go again! For those of you who couldn't make it to the first one - Jump Street is basically a giant room full of trampolines. They also have a trampoline dodge ball court and a ginormous squishy soccer ball. It's awesome. Again, I picked Wednesday because it's one of their less-busy, cheaper nights. The first hour costs $8 and every hour thereafter is $6. One hour is usually just right. Meet in the lobby at 6:15 pm - the jump times start on the hour and half-hour, so we will start jumping at 6:30. Wear clothes that are easy to move around in. Dinner afterwards if we feel like it. ChamberÃ?Â's Government Affairs Committee Invites Members to Participate The Chamber of Commerce of Highlands Ranch invites all members to participate in the ChamberÃ?Â's new Government Affairs Committee. The group will identify critical business and legislative issues that influence the creation of public policy that will benefit the community and local businesses. The committee will provide guidance and direction to the ChamberÃ?Â's lobbyists in the State Legislature. It will vet critical public policy that can have an impact on member businesses and will recommend policy positions to the Chamber Board of Directors. It will also work closely with county and state government officials on issues that concern the quality of life in Highlands Ranch and Douglas County. The committee will meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month at 7:30 a.m. at Outback Steakhouse at 15 W. Springer Dr., Highlands Ranch, CO 80129. All members are invited to attend.

The Town of Littleton was founded in 1715 and is located in the Middlesex County area on the outer edge of suburban Boston.
During the 19th century the Standard Vinegar Company moved to the town and for the first time the production of apple juice surpassed vinegar and became the top selling item and the name was changed from the Standard Vinegar Company to Very Fine Products. Still today the primary production facility remains in its home town of Littleton Massachusetts.
Recreational activities in the community include kick boxing along with skating and hockey as well as skiing and snowboarding.
